Hurricane Gustav: God’s wrath on Republicans (?)

When Hurricane Katrina devastated New Orleans in 2005, some Christians blamed the gay community. Apparently a Southern Decadence carnival was scheduled for around the time the levees broke. So, according to some Christians, God brought destruction to New Orleans in order to prevent gay people having a party.
Who would Jesus do?
With Hurricane Gustav, it appears that God’s motivation has been to disrupt the Republican’s own party. But, given the evil perpetrated by the Republican’s jolly dumb tool George W Bush, it’s hardly surprising. I can’t imagine God would be too impressed by:
- The mess he made of Iraq
- Bush’s abuse of His green Earth
- The mess he made of Afghanistan
- The fomentation of war in Lebanon, Georgia and Iran
- Bush being a complete pleb
Infinite monkeys
Bush, a Godless, infantile mouth-breather, has clearly invoked God’s wrath. Let’s hope Gustav doesn’t kill anyone, but that the Republicans recognise God’s wrath and stop being evil. May God have mercy on their souls.
